Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) was established as part of the UK Offshore Wind Sector Deal in 2019.
OWGP promotes closer collaboration across the supply chain, manages structured productivity improvement programmes and facilitates shared growth opportunities between developers and the supply chain.
Up to 2030, OWGP will invest up to £100 million in projects, activities, products and services that provide direct support to UK companies that are active in or are planning to enter the offshore wind supply chain.
OWGP delivers a combination of business support services and funding to grow companies, drive greater collaboration in the industry, increase business competitiveness, champion innovation and attract new entrants with transferable capabilities to the sector.

The WEST Programme Scope and Guidance Document contains important information relating to the scope and aims of the programme, applicant eligibility and also explains the assessment and delivery process. The WEST Programme Scope and Guidance Document also provides insight into each question asked and allows applicants to prepare answers, which in our experience, normally results in better applications.

- This application should be completed by the lead organisation wishing to receive support and should not be filled-out by a third party or on behalf of another organisation.
- If your organisation has been awarded support from an OWGP business transformation programme launched in the last 12 months you are not eligible to submit into this support round.
- Applications will be assessed in alignment to the description set out in the WEST Programme Scope and Guidance Document.
- All applicants will receive written feedback.
